Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center

  • A block of rooms is reserved at $193 + tax (within government per diem rates) and the resort fees have been waived for meeting attendees. Must book no later than January 5, 2025.
  • Book rooms through the AAS housing link

Transportation

  • The Gaylord Convention Center is located near several airports:
    The Regan Washington (DCA) airport is ~8 miles
    The Washington Dulles (IAD) airport is ~38 miles
    The Baltimore (BWI) airport is ~44 miles

  • For attendees arriving by Amtrak, the Alexandria, Virginia, station is a 15-minute taxi or ride share to/from the convention center.
    The Branch Ave. and Braddock Road stations are the nearest Metro stops to the convention center.
    For those choosing to drive to the Convention Center, self and valet parking are available.

Dining
