ROSES-2014 is an omnibus NASA Research Announcement. It contains over 50 different proposal opportunities. An amendment to the ROSES-2014 NASA Research Announcement (NRA) soliciting proposals for development of an Extreme Precision Doppler Spectrometer for the Wisconsin, Indiana, Yale and NOAO (WIYN) 3.5-m telescope at Kitt Peak, is expected in early January 2015.
