NASA Associate Administrator Thomas Zurbuchen and TESS Project Scientist Padi Boyd discuss Kepler's legacy, the search for life and the big question: Are we alone?

"Here we are in a position to actually answer the question, 'Are we alone?' and be able to get a scientific answer, that if we can't answer the question completly, it can get us further along answering it scientifically. I think it's a really exciting time to be a scientist," said Padi Boyd, Project Scientist, TESS Mission, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
